Solid lotion bars are the perfect addition to any skincare routine. Shower, rub down, and hit the road! See below for full description, product usage, and ingredients. Available in full size 2 oz and travel size 1 ounce versions. We do have limited additions that may be of other sizes and prices accordingly.
Solid lotion bars are kind of a big deal. Moisturizing and smoothing, these babies are formulated with rich butters, deep penetrating oils, and bee-friendly candelilla wax (save the honey bees!) as well as our own Beeswax, that will quench even the thirstiest of skin. This nongreasy formulation will hydrate your skin without a sticky residue.
Lotion bars are a lot like body butters. Like body butters, they are a blend of butters and oils. Like body butters, they moisturize and repair dry or damaged skin. Here’s where they differ: lotion bars are in solid form and they do not leave a greasy or sticky residue behind. The ultimate must-have for Sudsers on the go, the travel size lotion bars are great for gym bags, purses, or carry-ons.
I have formulated our lotion with ingredients that are safe, naturally derived and leave you skin feeling hydrated, moisturized and soft. This is an emulsified lotion, meaning that it contains water and therefore must contain a preservative.
Whipped Body Butter
This is a water free (anhydrous) product. I have formulated this with specifically chosen butters and oils. A little goes a long way. We add Tapioca Starch to help with the oily or greasy feeling.
We have formulas that use Brazil Nut Oil and a formula that contains Parachi Oil.
We also make these products so that they are fresh and not always made to just sit on the shelves. If it is out of shock - it will take a week or two to replenish.
