SHIPPING POLICY

Good Horse Scents - ships order to the USA & APO/FPO addresses within 3-5 days, unless you are notified.   shipping is calculate and the United States Postal Service is used, ground).   Entering the wrong shipping address will result in additional charges to you if we have to re-ship or re-route your order. 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

You are ordering soap and bath and body products.  If you are unsatisfied with the purchase - and tell me why - We may discuss the need for return - but it doesn't guarantee an exchange.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Look - I am a small business and I try to accommodate everyone.  Realistically that can't be done. So Be kind, lest discuss your needs and let me see what can be done to make you happy.

Additions & Order Cancellations

Once your online order has been placed - if you need additional products - just let me know.  I also don't charge for a cancelled order.
